VNB offers a
wide variety of efficient and tailored solutions for today's
payment needs, which go well beyond paper remittance checks.
All options are convenient and secure and supported directly
by your VNB banker should you have any questions.
Online Bill Pay
VNB's Business Online offers bill pay services as part of its
standard package (with up to fifty online bill pay transactions
per month at no charge). Payments can be made via either electronic
ACH or by paper drafts send to payees. Repetitive payees can
be set up for future use or a one-time payee can be manually
entered and bill paid on the same day. Bill pay allows future
dating of payments and offers recurring payment flexibility
as well, for routine payments of fixed amounts at fixed intervals
(eight different fixed intervals are available, including the
last day of every month).
ACH Payment Origination
Electronic vendor payments can be initiated through our ACH
capabilities, using Business Online. If your customers allow
you to credit their account for one-time or recurring payments
due, VNB can support your goals through easy and efficient ACH
origination through our Business Online service. We accept credit
file transfers through the web or through a physical diskette,
or you can input credits one by one, if your systems do not
support standard ACH file creation.
Wire Transfer
VNB's wire transfer flexibility offers reliable, same-day execution
between banks on domestic wires and through overseas correspondents
on international wires, with settlement available in a variety
of currencies (settlement times vary on overseas wires). Wire
initiation can include repetitive, non-repetitive, and standing
order transfers. If you use VNB Business Online to initiate
wires, the transfers can be future-dated when entered, to be
delivered other than on the current day, and the recipient can
be sent an automatic email notification of the expected wire
details. Wire transfers are processed utilizing the Federal
Reserve's Fedwire system.
Direct Deposit and Payroll Tax Payments
VNB supports direct deposit of payroll through our Business
Online. Business Online customers can use payroll file transfers
or can directly load payee data into Business Online for repetitive
use. Payroll tax remittance is also simplified through Business
Online, along with numerous other periodic federal tax payments. |
