offices, VNB offers a number of additional solutions to enhance
your collection process.
Courier Services
If you prefer to outsource your routine trips to the bank, VNB
can help. In many cases, a VNB courier is available to pick
up your deposits, subject to our regular schedules and the terms
of our standard courier agreement. This service can free up
your staff for other critical tasks and eliminate unnecessary
time out of the office.
Merchant Card Services
VNB offers merchant card services for businesses who accept
all types of credit card payments. We offer competitive discount
rates for all transaction types. All services are supported
locally through our dedicated merchant services specialist,
Bob O'Halloran, at 434.817.8650.
Pre-authorized ACH Debits
If your customers allow you to debit their account for one-time
or recurring payments due, VNB can support your goals through
easy and efficient ACH debit origination through our Business
Online service. We accept file transfers through the web or
through a physical diskette, or you can input pre-authorized
debits one by one, if your systems do not support standard ACH
file creation.
