Important notice regarding the availability of proxy materials for the Shareholders meeting to be held on May 17, 2010, at 4:00 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Omni Hotel, 235 West Main Street, in Charlottesville, VA.
A complete set of proxy materials related to Virginia National Bank’s Annual Meeting to be held at the date, time and location set forth above is available here. The materials available include the Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the Proxy Statement, the form of Proxy and the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009. Each shareholder of record as of April 1, 2010 will receive a full set of materials via mail. The Board of Directors of VNB unanimously recommends that shareholders vote “FOR” the election of the nominees set forth as VNB directors. Execution of a proxy will not affect a shareholder’s right to attend the Meeting and vote in person. Any shareholder who has executed and returned a proxy may revoke it by attending the Meeting and voting in person.
